Just wanting to leave a five star review for Dave Brodoway. Dave helped my husband and I with all details, both small and large, in searching the market and finding our perfect investment home! Dave was diligent, professional and gave free and helpful advice. Dave guided us in staying within our price point, didn’t up-sell or down-sell us, and kept us from wasting our time looking at properties that didn’t meet our goals. Not only did Dave help us find the perfect home, he continues to help us after the sale, by continuing to provide us with information and support as we get settled into the new property. Dave returns all his calls and text messages in a timely manner, which is important when you need information fast. We have completed the purchase and possession of the new home feeling like we made the best deal possible with the best agent possible! Buying or selling, I would not hesitate to use Dave Brodoway and would gladly recommend him to our family and friends! BTW, I only left 5 stars because 6 wasn’t an option!! Thanks, Dave!!
