Dave Brodoway is the real deal. Both Dave and Jen devoted untold hours (including an entire weekend and several evenings!) assisting us in our search for the perfect new residential revenue property. We might have looked past the building we ended up buying if it wasn’t for the extra research and time team Brodoway spent vetting the economics of the deal.
