Here’s a current list of all the units available in the Sierras. Located at 2020, 32 St. south (just off of Mayor Magrath Drive) which is just a few minutes walk away from the viewlethbridge.com office. They have a nice indoor pool, a movie room, an exercise area, a coffee area, and pool tables. They do make some allowances for pets (they need to be small). Condo fees also cover almost everything, and they have heated underground parking as well. The Sierras is one of the few adult apartment condos with central air conditioning. Between January 1st, 2024, and December 5th, there were 10 sales at the Sierras, ranging from $192,000 to $363,000. The Sierras is managed by Hometime. The Sierras used to allow people 40plus, however they have increased the minimum age requirement, and by 2032 you will need to be 55, (or 48 by the end of 2024).
